First off I just want to say, this is my 400th blog post, y'all!!  I have been blogging for just over 3 years and it always feels so good to be reminded that people care about what I have to say.  Just in the last couple of months have I really started to reach out to others in the blog world.  I now feel like I'm starting to find my place and make some friends. Kate is one of the friends that I've made in the past few months.  I enjoy reading her blog and seeing what she and her family are up to.  You should definitely check her out over at SERIOUSLY KATE.  This past week Kate was nominated for the Sunshine Award and she has been kind enough to pass it along to me.    So, here are the rules for the Sunshine Award: 1. Questions from Kate: 1. What made you decide to start blogging? And how long have you been at it? I started blogging to keep our families up-to-date on our life.  I've been blogging for a little over 3 years (9/25). 2. Do you have a blog you aspire to be like? LIFE IN THE GREEN HOUSE...I like how Jennifer keeps it simple & honest and shows her everyday life.  3. Coke or Pepsi? Coke 4. Favorite movie? Juno 5. Socks or no socks? Socks 6. Did you ever have braces? Yes, TWICE 7. Can you go a day without washing your hair? I hate to say how many days I can go. My hair is very thick and it stays clean very well. 8. Do you enjoy reading? If so, do you prefer electronic or hard copy? I do when I find something I really enjoy.  I don't have a preference as to electronic or hard copy, I'll read either. 9. Do you prefer cookie dough or baked cookies? COOKIE DOUGH...but sadly I'm breastfeeding so I'm taking a break.   10. What is one thing that you would change about yourself if you could with the snap of your fingers? Right now, my weight.
