Never The Same Spice Twice

LAST WEEK I shared my monthly meal planner template.  I managed to fill in 3 weeks worth of meals and buy a majority of the ingredients needed for those 3 weeks.  Hoping I can get away with just buying necessities (i.e. milk) the next few weeks. 

The menu for this week includes the following:
Monday - Baked Chicken, M. potatoes, & green beans
Tuesday - Egg Sandwiches
Wednesday - Chicken and Rice casserole
Thursday - ENCHILADAS & corn
Friday - TILAPIA, rice, & green beans
Saturday - Backyard Party (BBQ sandwiches)
Sunday - Sandwiches

Obviously not every night is intense, Tuesday for example, but HEY, it's a start! Now let's just hope I can follow it and stick with it!

I'm hoping it will cut down on us buying things we don't really need, and save money at the same time.

It's such an easy recipe! And I figured out how to make it even easier by just using the Tyson Grilled and Ready chicken.
