Family Weekend

Sunday, September 23, 2012

This weekend Sean's work offered a Family Day.  A day where their employees could bring in family members and show them around.  This is a really huge deal, considering he has to wear a security badge and there are armed guards that greet him every morning. The best part was that his brother, Mark, and his family came down for the weekend.  We were so excited to have them down and show them a glimpse of our lives in Camden.

Saturday we went to a restaurant about an hour outside of town that happens to be name...Dorey's Catfish Buffet and Catering.  Sean and I have eaten their once before with my dad and were excited to have the chance to go back.

This is a picture of Abigail (our niece), Mark (Sean's brother), little Mark, ie. Markie (our nephew), and Sean.  Faith didn't feel the need to be pictured.  :)

The best part about Dorey's is definitely the petting zoo!!
They have goats, deer, miniature horses, a black swan, and some ducks.

Angel really enjoyed having them here! I think she could get used to a little person dropping food all over the place. :)

We're looking forward to seeing everyone again next weekend when we go to Fayetteville for Sean's birthday!!

Our Labor-less Day Weekend

Thursday, September 6, 2012

This weekend Sean, Angel, and I headed to Fayetteville for the weekend.
It was pretty uneventful.  A little game watching, Clothesline fair shopping, Jax loving, and a few other low key activities.

Our new wreath from the Clothesline Fair....ready for fall and cooler weather!

My step-dad, Russell, has been "nameless" (as far as a "grandfather" name) and he has finally decided on one.....PopPop!!  It was the main topic of discussion for this weekend and mom told me today that he finally decided.
